New Product - Oct 3, 202
Peach Tea
Developed after identifying that many customers preferred non-alcoholic beverage options. Offered in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions to broaden appeal.
This became the restaurant’s first signature mocktail.

New Product - Nov 1, 2024
Strawberry Matcha Latte
Created in response to the growing popularity of matcha.
I developed the recipe and introduced it. It became one of our top-selling beverages, with 60 cups sold per month.

New Product - Jun 6, 2025
Panda Shaved Ice
Designed to appeal to families and children, a primary customer segment. I combined playful presentation with kid-friendly flavours to increase engagement.
The product strengthened our family-friendly brand image.
Event - Aug 3, 2025

Anniversary Event
Planned and executed our 2nd anniversary promotion. Gave out $2.22 ramen tickets to appreciate our regular customers and coordinated live DJ music. The event created a festive atmosphere and boosted customer turnout.

Event - Feb 22, 2026
Coloring Contest
Organized a children’s coloring contest to engage families and encourage repeat visits. The event also generated user-created content for Instagram exposure. It strengthened community connection and brand interaction.
